Move-In, Lease Terms

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 13 months, designed to fit your lifestyle and meet your individual needs.

To ensure a smooth and easy move-in, your lease agreement must be signed, proof of electricity setup and renters insurance provided, and your initial payment completed prior to your move-in date.

At this time, subletting is not permitted; however, we’re happy to support our residents by offering convenient transfer options if your lifestyle or needs change.

To ensure a smooth move-out process, we ask that all keys and gate fobs are returned and a move-out form is signed by all listed parties.

Residents can conveniently submit maintenance requests through the LOFT resident portal. They may also contact or visit the leasing office for assistance.
